\u201cHongkongers may only want to know some practical information such as the daily infection numbers, the dos and don\u2019ts if one gets infected and from whom they can seek help,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Leung suggested Lam might also want to give a better impression to Beijing that she had been diligent in the fight against the pandemic.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t rule out that she might want to attract Beijing\u2019s support for a second term through boosting her public exposure. But Beijing will judge her overall performance over the past five years and not just focus on one particular issue.\u201d \/\/<\/p>\n
